Volumetric piston filler
Was purchased to fill sanitizing gel in up to 150ml PET bottles
Can fill: sauces, oil, vinegar, detergents, liquid soap, shampoos among others (full information in brochure below)
Machine suitable for hot and cold filling.
Features:
* 32 volumetric piston-filler with 150cc dosing cylinders
* 8 heads capper for plastic flip-top caps
– Pick & Place system for caps distribution
– Closing heads with Mechanical Clutches
* Piston lifting bottles with pneumatic movement.
* Mechanical caps Elevator
* Collector for CIP washing stages
* Doses in stainless steel
* Drive on the conveyors belt by inverter
* Total cover of the machine with HEPA filter for laminar flow system
