PET Machinery recognise the importance of protecting the User’s privacy in the Website and, accordingly, have developed a Privacy Policy, of which the User is hereby notified, so that the User may freely and voluntarily decide on whether he wishes to provide PET Machinery with any personal data which may be required of him or obtained from him when requesting any of the services offered by PET Machinery on its Website.

The data gathered or collected from the User are solely data relating to the User’s professional and business activities, although in order to use some Website services, Users must previously provide certain personal data to PET Machinery (first name and last names, e-mail address, etc.) which PET Machinery will process by automated means in order to maintain any contractual relationship with PET Machinery, and to manage, administer, provide, expand and enhance the services offered on the Website and customise them in accordance with the User’s preferences, and inform the User of any marketing campaigns that may be conducted and be of interest to the User.
PET Machinery does not transfer any personal data to third-party individuals and/or legal entities, except in case of legal obligation.
