What if I can’t find what I want?
We have a wide range of PET equipment available but if you can’t find the machine or specifications you require please get in touch. If we can’t source the used equipment you need we can often provide new machine options via our manufacturing partnerships.
How will my machine be transported?
We have the experience and equipment to handle the logistics involved in moving heavy or out of gauge (OOG) equipment around the world. You can leave it all to us. Find out more about our transportation services.
My equipment is overseas, is this a problem?
Not at all. Most of our sales are conducted overseas and we work closely with shipping lines to ensure the safety of your machine.
What are my options for machine installation?
Where possible, we will assist with dismantling and re-assembling of equipment. Find out more about how we can get you up and running.
What are the benefits if I register?

Is my equipment insured during transportation?
Subject to specific contract each area of the operation is insured, irrespective of location, inclusive dismantling on site.

Will the equipment work on arrival?
We would always advise our buyers to inspect the equipment before purchase, ideally in full production. We do not provide guarantees with purchases, but we do our best to advise and mitigate any risk.
