Linear stretch blow moulder with two cavities.
For bottle sizes between 0.5 and 12 litres.
Set up for 48mm Massmould neck finish.
Working hours: approx. 38,000 hrs.
Available outputs (subject to bottle design):
0.5L @ 3,000 bph
5.0L @ 2,400 bph
10.0L @ 2,000 bph
12.0L @ 1,800 bph
Features:
* Semi-automatic mould change using a quick-release clamping system
* System for reducing the air consumption (Air Wizard 2)
Machine is no longer used for production, but can be reconnected to show dry cycling.
