Sidel SBO 24 Universal Combi Blow/Fill/Cap System, year 2013 – 2015
The Combi system has never been run in production, only tested! “0” production hours!
It is composed of:
1. Sidel SBO 24 Universal PET stretch blow moulding machine (2013)
– Nominal max. output capacity: 48,000 bph.
– Machine equipped with PREDIS System to provide aseptic/extended shelf life containers if desired
– Oven modules: EVO/Matrix type
– Type mould hangers: GUPM
– Max. capacity bottle size: 3.0L
– Max. neck diameter: 48mm
– Neck personalization installed: PCO 1881
– Oven chain spindle pitch: 50mm
Additional features:
The Sidel machine is equipped with many features needed to do HEAT SET bottle including 2 step nozzle cylinders, Balayage, HEPCO system among others.
The Sidel blow moulding machine includes:
* Preform hopper/elevator
* Preform unscrambler and infeed rail
* Blow moulds for a 1.5L bottle
* Some spare parts
2. Mitsubishi FGR 120L36-AS Aseptic Filler/Capper Bloc, year 2015

– Number of valves: 120
– Maximum nominal speed: 900 bottles per minute (54,000 bph)
– All stainless steel construction
Includes:
* Closure Systems International (CSI) aseptic capper
* All cap handling, conveying, and feeding equipment
