Was producing: 330ml and 440ml cans @ 11,000 cph (printed cans), @ 6,000 cph (sleeved cans)
Working hours: approx. 3,000 hrs.
Consists of:
* SkaFab USA semi-automatic depalletizer
* CFT outfeed conveyor system – from depalletizer with raised working platform for access.
* A&E Conveyor De-ionized air rinser (can rinser)
* 2 CFT twisters
* CFT filler seamer bloc, consisting of:
– CFT Master Can Tronic RS 20/4 can filler
– CFT Seamer 2000/4
* Can dryer (2 blowers)
* Heuft Basic fill level control and dud detection, with ejector.
* DIMAC Starwrap R25 wraparound case packer
– max. output 25 ppm
– parts for 4×6 case 0.33L, 4×6 case 0.44L, 2×3 0.33L (6-packs)
* Scaligera Ulisse 6000 Sleeving machine with shrink tunnel
* Complete conveyor system
* Universal Robots carton stacking robot (can be programmed for multiple formats)
Line is currently still set up but no longer in use.
