2006 - 2025 Aseptic PET Bottling line for Iced Tea and Flavoured Drinks

This is a fully integrated, high-speed production system designed for aseptic beverage manufacturing. The line has been engineered using leading OEMs in each section of the process, reflecting standard practice in large-scale beverage production where performance, reliability, and flexibility are critical.

Installed in 2006 and maintained to OEM standards throughout its operational life, the line remains in very good condition. It has been continuously serviced by OEM technicians and upgraded over time, including controls, electronics, and key production components.

Nominal output reaches up to 36,000 bottles per hour on 0.4L and 0.5L formats, and up to 18,000 bottles per hour on 1.5L formats.

Bottle formats include 0.4L, 0.5L, and 1.5L, with corresponding change parts available.
