Upgrades performed by Sidel & current owner:

- Preform box tipper for 2 pallets at once.

- Preform infeed covered & airtight.

- No-loss device to return misaligned preforms in the cycle.

- Preform control device similar to Pressco

- Output capacity increased to 1,570 bpm/hour per cavity.

- Sidel air recycling system

- Modification HP air requirements to only 24 bar.

- Oven hood in 3 parts for heat recovery & recycling in the plant

- FT system controller (2014) exit Sidel blower to inspect blown bottles

Machine includes:

* Preform box tipper for 2 pallets at once

* Preform collection equipment, fully covered and airtight, on a conveyor belt feeding the preform unscrambler, with a device for returning misaligned preforms to the cycle.

* Preform elevator covered, unscrambler and infeed rail equipped with preform neck control device similar to Pressco but developed by Krones

* Oven, equipped with oven hood in 3 parts for heat recovery and recycling

* Sidel air recycling system

* LP & HP air inlet equipped with filters

* Electrical panel equipped with Siemens S7

* Sidel PCC machine drive 

* FT Systems controller (year 2014) to inspect blown bottles
