The machine is designed for applying labels with an adhesive layer and rolled into a roll. The device applies labels to two opposite sides of the bottle.

Label height 10 -142 mm, label length 10 -195 mm

To ensure a continuous labeling process, the machine has 4 feeding stations (two on each side).

Visual inspection unit compares the image received from its cameras with the images stored in the device’s memory.

The following parameters are checked: geometric dimensions, color, illumination, distribution of image pixels over the object being checked.

Bottles that do not correspond to the control image are sent to the rejection conveyor.
