– New crank shaft fitted, old one available.
– New oil seal & sealing ring
– New 3rd stage top cover, old one available
– New main bearings & thrust washers
– New big end bearings.
– New piston rods & lock nuts
– Small end bearings & dross-heads checked.
– Cylinders honed & within standards.
– New piston rings & rider rings. All 3 pistons
– Inter-coolers ultrasonic clean & test. X 2
– Safety valves & blow down valve fitted
– Water flow meter fitted
– All valves overhauled / refurbished
– New piston rod scrapers
– New piston rod packings
– Unloaders refurbished & re-set
– All new gaskets & seals & “O” rings
– Full complete rebuild.
