Complete PET Production line with Tooling

Available is a complete pet production setup with the following main
components;

* Krauss Maffei, KM175 (175 tonne clamp), 1998 – for the production of preforms
* (2) MAG Plastic SSB-20 Blow Moulding machines, 1992 & 1993 – Synchronised stretch blow machines, specification available below.

Tooling
The Krauss Maffei comes with a modular tool which allows for the core pins, neck inserts and cavities to be easily changed to produce a range of different performs and weights. The seller also has two additional cavity plates to make the changes easier.

With this system, the following performs can be produced;• 28mm 410 Neck – 21.5g, 26g, 32g, 34g, 39g, 50g
• Guala TS2 – 30g, 34g, 39g
• Canyon – 32g, 34g, 39g, 50g
• 24mm Snap on neck – 25g
• Oil finish neck – 20g, 22g
• 24mm 410 Neck – 20g
• 24mm 415 neck – 20g
• 28mm 3.0mm pitch with lugs on transfer bead – 32g, 34g, 39g
• 28mm 4.25mm pitch with lugs on transfer bead – 32g, 34g, 39g

The MAG Plastic machines come complete with some water bottle Blow Moulds, 750ml Tombstone bottle Blow Moulds and 300ml baby bottle Blow Moulds included.

Ancillaries
With the above machines, there are several ancillaries to include;

* Somos dessicant dryer type D600, 1994
* Bellis and Morcom VH9 compressor, 1995, 45 bar capacity
* Conveyor line for use with the SSB machines
* Two mould heaters for use with the SSB machines
